The attorney provided from my employer has never returned my phone calls and I have no idea what was going on with my labor certification. David, managed my immigration case for four long years. My husband was denied two times (due to circumstances out of his control). We came to David desperate. He was very patient and went way beyond the call of duty for us. David showed sincere compassion for our situation and he explained the details of the process to us. My husband would not now be a proud green card holder without David's help.

I can only say great things about Mr Benitah who handled my case to a get green card based on employment. From the time of our first interaction he showed sincere interest in finding the most beneficial way to get my permanent residence in the shortest amount of time. I never felt like he was just trying to guarantee his fees, on the contrary I could sense a definite intention and patience to help and guide me thru the process. He found ways, like nobody else to shorten my case and to my bad luck, the company that was sponsoring me went bankrupt right after he filed for my consulate interview. Mr David Benitah was very creative and resourceful and this combined with his strong knowledge of the immigration law is what saved my case! At the time, I already absolutely trusted him, but knowing this would be a difficult case after my company went bankrupt, I decided to speak to other immigration lawyers for more opinions. The consensus was that my case was no longer a case and that I had to probably search for another sponsor in future. Mr. Benitah was very determined to get my green card, so after many hours of analysis and work, he was able to resuscitate my case and eventually got me to the end of the journey with a green card in my hands. David is a rare finding! I would do my green card with him again and without hesitation recommend him to anyone else looking for a guru in immigration cases!

I owe a lot to David Benitah. I had a very difficult immigration case, mainly trying to get a waiver for my J visa two-year requirement to return to my home country. It was painful for me. Thanks to David, I finally got a green card and I can move on with my life. David and his firm, Globolex are completely trustworthy and entirely competent. In addition, his rates are very reasonable.

I must agree, David Benitah is an expert and is incredibly current on the ever-changing ever-confusing matters of immigration. I found him super friendly and very knowledgeable too. David filed a H1B for me a few years ago and I just had a consultation with him recently. You definitely feel like he cares. Unfortunately not everyone seems to be in it for this reason.

I hired Globolex to prepare and file my Investor’s Visa. David Benitah reviewed my case and turned out to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I particularly appreciated that David took the time to explain everything in great detail. I was charged a reasonable fixed fee for his services. His office was very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. Again, I can't think of anything I asked that Mr. Benitah didn't immediately and decidedly knew the answer to - and let me tell you, I had prepared a lot of questions. Which is why I was so pleased with his patient approach. I will definitely refer globolex and David Benitah to my friends, family and anyone that needs business and immigration services.

Lastly, some general advice for anybody looking for immigration lawyers: don't cheap it out, it's too important; you really need a competent lawyer to do the work. You may think you can't afford a good immigration lawyer, but what you really can't afford is to be ill-advised, file wrong paperwork, or to get into some type of immigration trouble!
